The Beginning

Everybody loves a great fairytale, right? Just the other day I came across a Sims 3 challenge made by addict1220. She has created a Sims 3 challenge where you make Cinderella and her story, and live Cinderella's life. I'll start the day after poor Cinderella's father as died (please visit the rules at the link above). Cinderella is being forced to move out of their big home and into a little shed on the same property as the big house, and her stepmom is being horrible.

The dark and cold shed consists of only the basic living utensils - a crummy fridge and stove, a small table and chair, an old hard bed, a scruffy rug, a tub, a toilet, an old dresser, and a chipping sink.

Young Cinderella knew this would happen all along. After checking to see that all of her daily chores were completed, she ran all the way to the park on that warm Sunday morning. When she arrived, she went straight to the chess tables to raise her skills. She was only aloud to go to community locations on the weekends, and only after her chores were done, so she knew it would be better to raise her skills rather then play in the time she was given.

Morning passed, then afternoon, then evening approached, Cinderella started to make her way home for dinner, which usually consists of leftovers, sometimes even nothing. That night, she discovered there was leftover pizza - what a treat! She grabbed a plate and ate in her shed. That night, as Cinderella went to bed, she tried to convince herself that things would get better. But, truly, she had no idea.
